Fruit is in season during the summer months, so now is the perfect time to consume it! This might be the only time you will be allowed to play with your food! Use various fruits to make fun animals: turtles, fish and octopuses! Develop culinary skills to show off at your next party.

Jackie Mart's holistic health and wellness path began in 2006 when she was first introduced to organic food and alternative medicine. She is a holistic nutritionist, life coach, motivational speaker, certified fitness instructor and owner/operator of Optimum Wellness LLC. Jackie's health/wellness experience includes: consulting independently, working with gyms, partnering with chiropractic/wellness clinics, food co-ops, and providing nutrition and health education in many large-group settings and businesses throughout Minnesota and Iowa.
