Introduction to Springboard Diving - Fall Wednesdays at Black Hawk Middle School
Learn basic diving skills progressing from diving from the side of the pool to diving from the diving board using an approach and hurdle. Participants must be comfortable in deep water and able to swim 15 yards, or Level 4 equivalent.
