Follow the Leader Fitness (adult and child, ages 5-10)

Alyssa is an energetic, smart, kind and funny middle school math teacher and track and cross country coach at Rosemount Middle School. With the demands of her full time job, and managing schedules for her four girls, Alyssa found herself struggling to get outside of the home for her workouts, so she decided to create a way to get her family moving together, and she is excited to host this class for other busy parents and caregivers in her position. In addition to a fun workout, Coach Alyssa cultivates a safe "container" for other "leaders" to step up and share their favorite movements with the class (if they want to!).
