Truffles - Chocolate Candies for All Occasions
Back by popular demand! Learn to make truffles for all those special occasions. Note that some truffles may be rolled in nuts. Prepare one variety and also work with four others, with treats to sample along the way! Each student will go home with a yummy box of chocolates. Hands-on. Supply fee of $15 payable to instructor. Optional truffle/candy kit will be available for purchase.

Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
