Mindful Movement for Wellness with Tai Chi and Qigong

Join us for a mindful movement class that incorporates one movement practice per session, featuring many styles of Qigong and Tai Chi for health, or Tai Chi Chih and Tai Chi for better balance over time. Each session, we explore or deepen a practice. This class is for beginners or for refinement; all levels and abilities are welcome.

Stephanie has been a weekly Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor since 2016 and is the founder of Touching Worlds LLC, www.touchingworlds.com. She is certified to teach Tai Chi for Health programs—including Tai Chi For Arthritis for Falls Prevention, Sun 21, Sun 41, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation and Seated Tai Chi—since 2016, Tai Chi Chih since 2022, Spring Forest Qigong since 2020, Tai Chi for Better Balance since 2018, Sun 73 since 2025, Flowing Water Fan Form since 2026, and many other Qigong practices.
