Julie Olson Rand is the owner of Abel & Jule, a gemstone jewelry company which she owns and operates with the help of her 12 year old daughter, Anabel. The two of them make bracelets, earrings and custom designs and sell them at various makers markets. Julie holds an art degree, is an educator and mom of three children. She and Anabel are excited to bring this class to the District 196 community and share their love of bracelet making with new friends!
