Open Swim (Adults with Disabilities)

Enjoy the many benefits of a warm water pool. The water temperature is a relaxing 88 degrees which can soothe sore muscles, offer stress reduction and will feel great! As you move in the pool your body is supported while providing gentle resistance to improve your overall body strength without any joint strain. The pool is reserved just for us for a fun afternoon. Lifeguards will be on duty. Bring your swimsuit, towel and goggles if desired. If you can't swim or need assistance in the pool, make sure a staff person is able to get into the pool with you.
