Making sense of your childhood experiences has a profound effect on how you parent your own children. Connecting with other parents will provide an opportunity to reflect, keep what works, and to consider new parenting approaches. This class is based on the book Parenting from the Inside Out by Daniel Siegel and Mary Hartzell. The early childhood room is designed for children to play, explore and try out new skills.Fall 2026 -

Join a community of learners as we increase our capacity to teach our children the life-long skills to build interdependence. Some topics will include development, temperament, introvert/extrovert, emotions, gaining independence, empathy and self-awareness. A mental health expert will join us as a guest speaker to share resources. Children will practice separating from you as they build trust with our staff. Our early childhood environment provides ample opportunity for social play guided by our experienced staff.Fall 2026
