Continue developing your shooting, passing, ground ball and defense skills. The first hour will be a training session to improve your individual skills. Then be grouped by age and skill level for a competitive scrimmage. Improve your lacrosse IQ and decision making skills. Participants can choose to purchase a pair of shorts with registration.
