Improve your soccer skills and meet other players who will be playing soccer at Apple Valley High School! Join AVHS women’s soccer staff for this four day camp! Take part in fun, tactical drills to help you advance to the next level of soccer, whether that is high school or college level. All interested are welcome.

Learn the skills and strategy required to play the up-and-coming sport of Ultimate Frisbee. Not only will we teach and practice throwing skills, but we will also introduce offensive and defensive strategy and terminology, and something unique to ultimate frisbee: “spirit of the game.” Students will be grouped based on age and experience, though no experience is necessary. We will include drills that work on speed, skills and strategy, while also making time for fun and games!
