Archery Adventure Camp (ages 9-17)
Learn how to properly shoot a bow or fine-tune your skills. Shoot straight with top-of-the-line equipment. In addition to shooting techniques and safety, strengthen personal skills including responsibility, discipline, concentration and self-confidence. Both boys and girls are encouraged to enrich themselves through this National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) and stay on target for life, one arrow at a time. All equipment included. -

Learn how to hit, catch and throw while enjoying the game. Being one of the most difficult sports to initially grasp, this game is played indoors with safe and age-appropriate equipment. An exciting way to start being a part of America’s favorite pastime! Parent participation required. -
Basketball Camp (ages 7-10)
A well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly shoot, pass, dribble and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Camp ends with scrimmages/games on the final day. -
Basketball Tykes (ages 2-6)
A fun introductory experience to the great game of basketball through fun skill-based drills and mini-games. Learn how to properly dribble, pass, shoot and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Parent participation is required for two and three year olds and recommended when needed for 4-6 year olds. -
Conquer Fit (grades 6-8)
Focus on strength training, speed and calisthenics. Curriculum is built/taught by a certified personal trainer. Complete strength testing on weeks 1, 4 and 8 to measure progress through the 8-week program. -

Conquer Ninja Fall Rec Team (ages 6-13)
Did you know that Ninja is one of the the fastest growing cross-training sports? Be inspired by the TV show through warped walls, salmon ladders, tilting ladders and so much more. Develop confidence, strength, endurance, balance and friendships,and gain skills in agility, power, perseverance and resilience; attributes that athletes strive to improve. Learn the styles and techniques to develop your Ninja skills with over 40 different obstacles! Rec Team members will participate in six practices and two competitions (week 4 and week 8). -
Conquer Ninja Winter Break Camp (ages 6-13)
Young ninjas develop strength and agility during this camp by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! There are warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; everything you need to put your ninja skills to work! -
Fencing Team (grades 6-12)
Join the team and get involved in the fastest growing sport in Minnesota. Focus on developing competitor's athletic skills, fencing knowledge, dexterity, speed and strength; all in an inclusive, team-first atmosphere. Teams compete against other schools at meets and in local and metro-wide tournaments. Safety is our first priority. Safety swords, protective masks and jackets, and a high-octane, inclusive environment are supplied. -

Olympic coach, Ro Sobalvarro heads up YEL’s curriculum, ongoing instructor training and tournament consultation. Coach Sobalvarro brings with him an immense knowledge of youth, national and international fencing. -

Gymnastics: Beginner to Advanced (boys and girls ages 5-13)
Learn gymnastics skills from a team of superbly trained instructors. Boys and girls of all abilities will develop skills in vaulting, tumbling, mini-tramp, balance beam and floor exercise. Program is open to youth seeking fun exercise or those wishing to compete. Students will be grouped by levels: Beginner (ages 5-13): Develop awareness in flipping, spinning and turning. Class is designed for students with little or no gymnastics experience. Learn the basic skills on floor, bars, beam and vault, including splits, bridges, rolls, cartwheels, pullovers and squat-ons. Intermediate (ages 7-13): Enhance and develop new skills in tumbling and in all other Olympic events (e.g., uneven bars, beam). Advanced (ages 7-13): Learn new and complicated skills safely at an advanced level with spotting and instruction. Wear leotards or comfortable clothing. -
