Practicing and teaching Artistry and Yoga for over 35 years. Studied with YogaFit International and graduated with a 200 RYT in 2020. Teaches Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Kids Creativity Yoga, Chair and Chair Assist, and Mat Yoga. All skill levels from Gentle to Power Yoga using music and sound. Bringing Ayurvedic and Sound Healing through crystal singing bowls, drums and gongs to the healing practice.
Theresa is an artisan by handcrafting prayer beads/mala’s, crystal healing jewelry and fused glass experiences to support the intention of serving your spiritual and wellness needs.
